Primo Goods was founded in early 2025 — not with a warehouse full of products, but with a frustration. Somewhere along the way, shopping online got hard to trust. Endless lookalike gadgets. Most retailers stopped focusing on the core of it: sell something genuinely good, stand behind it, and answer fast when someone needs help. That’s not complicated. It’s just rare. We thought that was worth fixing — so we started over, from zero, and built the store we wished existed.

We spent our first year getting the foundations right: finding a product actually worth putting our name on, testing it in real homes, and building the shipping and support systems to back every single order.
